Mum went to San Francisco on her holiday, and what did she get me? A tie, believe it or not. No doggy treats! No nice bone! No new toy! Just a tie. HUH! (But don’t I look cute?)

Happy birthday to me, it’s my birthday and that means TREATS!! I’m 8 today. Mum just can’t believe it. The lovely hoomans at work gave me a surprise party. I got some yummy chicken strips…. and um.. a huge rawhide bone, I took a liking to that straight away … and a big box of [...]

Mum took me to the doggy doctor for my annual vaccination booster. First thing – Doc – “Has he lost any weight?” Mum – “Oh yes! A little bit, I think” I was placed on the scales and Doc checked on his computer. I’ve lost almost 2 kg! Doc is really pleased! He says he [...]

Mum took me to East London where we spent 2 days with her friend Jane, a fashion designer. Jane was selling her fashions at a sample sale in Brick Lane. Nice area, there were lots of lovely curry smells but not a lot of parks. Jane’s the one who always has organic carrot cake in [...]

Do dogs like to watch TV? Well, I think so. I make mum laugh as she thinks I’m so human sometimes!

As I was starting to resemble a sheep, mum took me to my favourite groomer for a short back and sides. (It’s Robbie’s fave too). I’m quite happy to go there which is a relief for mum, as I bolted out of the last dog groomer’s premises I visited, Dirty Paws in Greenwich. Well, would [...]

I spent the weekend recuperating in Sussex at the seaside. No bucket and spade needed – just a tennis ball. The waves were rough and I almost got swept off my paws! By the time we had to return to London, I felt a lot better and was much more lively. Back to normal, then!

Mum discovered a lump on my back and I was duly booked in for a lump removal at my lovely local vet’s surgery. It turned out to be a lipoma (fatty lump) so I’m ok. More cuddles please. (Mum – He’s very subdued, but he has been given a nice dinner of rice and scrambled [...]

Doesn’t this dog look so SAD? Have to say, I don’t do hair styles! My coat gets so curly in the rain, I look like I’ve had a perm. No further embellishment needed
The white stuff

It hasn’t snowed in London for a few years, so I had great fun rolling around in the white stuff this morning, getting lumps of snow in my long ears and beard. The best bit was checking out all the footprints. Lucky mum, she got to carry a soggy dog down the escalators to the [...]
